Sidez is built producer-first. If your beats are here, you keep your name on the work, you set your terms within our licensing tiers, and you get paid when they sell. Here's exactly how it works before you apply.

Once you're approved, you upload your beats with their stems and set which license tiers each one is available under. Your beats appear on your own producer page, in search, and can be featured in collections.
Buyers license directly through the site. Exclusive tiers can be negotiated — buyers send you an offer, and you accept, counter, or decline it.
/02How payment works
Every sale is split between you and Sidez. The platform fee covers hosting, payment processing, discovery, and support.
Payouts are sent to your connected account on a regular schedule once your balance clears the minimum threshold. You'll see every sale, offer, and payout in your producer dashboard.

/03Rights & ownership
You retain ownership of your beats. Listing on Sidez grants us a non-exclusive right to host, display, and sell licenses on your behalf under the tiers you choose.
When a buyer purchases an exclusive license, that beat is removed from sale and the exclusive rights transfer to the buyer per the exclusive license terms. Non-exclusive tiers can be sold to multiple buyers.

By applying and listing on Sidez you agree to the producer agreement, which covers content ownership, prohibited content, the revenue split above, payout terms, and grounds for removal.
